This holiday season we offered a donation match program to make an impact to help those facing food insecurity in our communities.
So I know you all get tired of me talking about my beloved ryegrass, well I found a new potential grass to get excited about Sorghum/Sudan XLLPPS
These cattle rotate to a new paddock every day each one being about the size of a subdivision plot.
Here are 2 soil samples from the same field, one of the samples is from 2016 and one 2020. The difference in organic matter is incredible – 1.73% to 3.58%!
Creep grazing is in full swing at Fischer Farms. We have 280 acres of ryegrass that we planted in September and in some places is 16” high already.
