Ingredients
- Ramen Seasoning
- (1 tablespoon) neutral oil (vegetable, avocado, or canola
- (6-8) Scallions
- (8 cups) Water
- (1/3 cup) Soy Sauce or Tamari
- (4-6 oz) Dry Ramen Noodles
- (1 1/2 lbs) Pork Shoulder Steaks
Directions
- Preheat large pot on medium-high height. Add oil.
- Cut pork into 2 inch chunks.
- Brown pork on one side, about 15 minutes. Turn pork.
- Add spice kit, white parts of scallions, water, and soy sauce.
- Turn heat to high to bring to a boil. Add ramen. Cover, turn off heat, and allow ramen to sit until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Shred pork with two forks. Spoon into bowls, sprinkle with green chopped scallions.
- Serve with soft boiled eggs, bean sprouts, nori.
