New Butchering Facility

We have officially broke ground on our new processing facility with Sander Processing.
The new location will be ~4 min from the farm (vs. 10 min now) so will be even more convenient. We are excited to have more space to continue to increase our capacity while also allowing us to add more value-add processing capabilities such as extended steak dry aging, new products/equipment, etc.
We expect it to be completed by summer of 2021, so a lot of work left to do but excited to be underway!
